Will Kristen be at the Teen Choice Awards?

They mentioned Kristen as one of the guests. I hope it's true and she does go. BUT , they also mentioned Miley and Bieber and they're both NOT going because they're on tour. Maybe they mentioned the ones that are nominated the most? I don't know? I just hope that there's a ROBSTEN reunion SOON!
